Sahib-i Ata Mosque

The architect of Sahib-i Ata Mosque, which was built in 1277 by Sahib Ata Fahreddin Ali, one of the viziers of the Anatolian Seljuk State, was Keluk b. Abdullah. As the settlement plan of the complex, there is a mosque in the north, a tomb built next to the mihrab wall of the mosque, the tomb containing the graves of Fahreddin Ali, his wife and children, a hankâh next to the south wall of the tomb, and a double bath just across the road. The mosque has a portal entrance from the north. On the right and left of the portal, there are two cells, one on top of the other, and the ones below serve as dispensers. On the sill surrounding the entrance door, Basmale and Fâtiha Surah are inscribed. The hankâh part of the complex was organized by the Regional Directorate of Foundations as the Sâhib Ata Foundation Museum and opened to visitors.
