Salamis Ancient City

Salamis Ancient City is an ancient city located on the island of Cyprus, 6 km north of the city of Famagusta in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. The city was established close to the basin where the Pedios river, which originates from the Troodos mountain, empties into the sea.
