Salihli City Museum

The story begins with the French building the train station in 1875. At that time, no one thought that the Veled-i Salih Village would grow up to become a district with a population of 156000. The station area begins to be surrounded by prestigious buildings built by families with low incomes. With the development of transportation, trade develops, and with the development of trade, settlement develops. And today Salihli becomes one of the 3 big districts of Manisa Province. However, very few historical buildings remain from the fires during the occupation years and the rebuilding process afterwards.
