Samsun Agape Protestant Church

Samsun Agape Protestant Church is a Protestant church located in Samsun. It is in the Atakum district of Samsun. The language of worship of the church is Turkish, but prayers can also be performed in Arabic and Persian. The church was founded in 1993 when Pastor Orhan Pıçaklar, a member of the Antalya Church, moved to Samsun. The congregation of the church consists of Protestant Christians living in Samsun; However, Christians of the Catholic and Orthodox sects also attend church services, especially during Christmas and Easter. In addition, Russian and Ukrainian Christians in the city also use the building of this church to worship. As of 2023, the church has representatives in Ordu, Sinop, Çorum, Amasya, Ankara and Aksaray and a congregation in Erzincan.
