Samsun Historical Windmill
The historical building, which is the only stone-bodied historical windmill of the Black Sea, built by the Greeks living in the village of Çırakman in the 1860s, was restored by Tekkeköy Municipality in accordance with its original form and put into the service of tourism. The historical windmill, which is visited by thousands of local and foreign trists every year, is also a special area where newly married couples take their pictures. The structure, which has the distinction of being the only historical windmill of the Black Sea, is located next to the Çırakman Mahallesi cemetery in the Tekkeköy district of Samsun.
