Sanmişel Church
700-years old church, which was restored to be used in social and cultural activities in Trabzon's Akçaabat district and converted into a museum by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. Michael's Church will be has been put into service for domestic and foreign tourists to be used as a museum.
The restoration of the 7-century-old historical building in Ortamahalle, whose historical texture was preserved by the declaration of most of the district as an urban site in 1988, was completed after about 2 years. The building, the restoration of which was tendered for 1.5 million liras by the Akçaabat Municipality, is being prepared for the tourism season with the garden arrangement.
