Sarı Selim Mosque
The building located in the Sokullu Mehmet Pasha Caravanserai, II. It is also called Selim Mosque. In the inscription of the mosque, it is written that it was built in 1574. “Inverted T” plan was used in the construction of the mosque. The mosque was built by Mimar Sinan. The monumental olive tree, which is thought to be 1350 years old and located in the same place as the mosque, is one of the must-see places for visitors. The tree was registered as a "monumental tree" in 1976.
