Şehzade Mustafa Tomb
The tomb was built in the name of Şehzade Mustafa, son of Suleiman the Magnificent, and dedicated to his brother II. It was built by Selim in 1573. The body of Şehzade Mustafa, who died in Konya Ereğlisi in 1553, was brought to Bursa and first buried in another place.
The octagonal structure, in which stone and brick materials are used together, is covered with a lead-covered dome sitting on an octagonal drum. The entrance door has a marble jamb. Inside, the body walls are 3 meters high, decorated with carnation and lily motifs on a white background. It is covered with the most exquisite four corner tiles of the century. This covering surface is surrounded by a strip of curved branches. The floor is paved with square bricks.
