At this point, it is necessary to mention the word veli and awliya. Veli means friend and close (friend of Allah). Evliya is the plural of the word Veli; In other words, it means friends. After the famous Seljuk Sultan Alparslan won the Manzikert Victory (1071), many guardians and dervishes from the Islamic world, Khorasan, Iraq, Iran, Turkistan and Bukhara came to Anatolia, to some cities and even to the extreme villages. they settled down. In the process of the Islamization of Anatolia and the cleansing of the influence of Byzantium (Eastern Roman Empire) from these regions, they continued their guidance activities in these regions.
