Şeyhî Hekim Sinan Tomb

His Sheikh is also known as Hekim Sinan. The poet, who lived at the end of the 14th century and the beginning of the 15th century, was found in the Germiyan Palace during the reign of Jacob II. The real name of the Sheikh, who is from Kütahya, is Yusuf Sinanüddin, and he is one of the most important poets of the period. Germiyan Bey, Suleiman Shah, undertook his education and sent the poet to Iran. Returned from Iran as an ophthalmologist, Germiyan Bey II. Yakub's, Ottoman Sultans Çelebi Mehmed and II. He became Murad's private physician. The first satirical example of our Divan literature "Harname" is very elegant and famous. His other works are Divan-ı Şeyhi, Dürr'ül-akaid, Medical Treatise, Hüsrev-ü Şirin. His Divan was written in 1438.
