According to the rumors, it is thought that he was born in the year of the year and came from Khorasan. It is said that he is the son of Bakir / Bakir, one of the Sons of Zeynel Abidin, and descended from Yahya / Yahya. Aliyyü-l Müslahiddin, who came to Anatolia and studied at the Hacı Bayram Dervish Lodge in Ankara and the Fatih Complex in Istanbul, met and became friends with His Holiness Sheikh Şaban-ı Veli, who was enamored in Kastomonu. It is among the rumors that while passing through Elmalık village of Bolu, on the Istanbul-Ankara journey in B.C., they stopped by the dervish lodge of Sheikh Tokat-i Holiness, one of the great Islamic mystics of the Halveti Order, and stayed for 12 years and served His Holiness Tokat. Then Sheikh Aliyyü-l Müslahiddin is sent to Yukarı Karaköy in Çilimli district to give guidance and advice. The name of this place that day was “Kokabelli”. This blessed person invited people to the Qur'an and Islam for a long time. He died here. He was buried in the place where he died.
