Sheikh Merzuban Tomb
It is in the neighborhood named after itself, at the entrance of Tekke Village, parallel to the Zara Divrigi road, at a distance of 5 km from Zara District. The full name of Sheikh Merzuban Prophets lying in the tomb is Mahmud b. Ali al-Husayni al-Baghdadi. He is one of the grandchildren of the Prophet and one of the saints from the Khorasan region. Seljuk Sultan Alaaddin Keykubat met the Sheikh on his way to one of the eastern expeditions and dedicated the lands known as tekke to himself. Although the exact date of construction of the tomb is not known, knowing that Sheikh Merzuban died in 1306, the architectural style of the tomb strengthens the belief that it was done in the beginning of 14th century.
