Sheikh Necdi Masjid
The mosque is in the Nohutlu District bazaar. The building has no inscription. There is a copy of the foundation dated 1326 M. 20 June 1908 before H. Cemaziyal. Its patron is Sheikh El Hac Salih Sabri Dede Efendi bin Hasan from Konya. The mosque, which has been used as a public library for a long time and is named after its last sheikh (Sheikh Necdi), is located on the high school street in the old Mevlevi lodge bazaar. The harim has a transverse rectangular plan with a flat ceiling and hipped roof. There is a new wooden pulpit next to a cylindrical mihrab to the south. The sanctuary is entered through a door that slides north from the axis of the eastern wall. There are two rooms to the east of the intermediate space. Both rooms have a rectangular plan close to the square and are covered with a ceiling. On the south-facing wall of the room in the south, there are three lower windows with molded round arches as in the mosque. There is a covered porch in the building, which is said to have been used as a Mevlevihane in the past. It is one of the few works of its time that has survived.
