Sons of İsfendiyar Tomb

sfendiyar Bey is the Candarogullari Bey, who ruled between 1392-1440. Due to its relations with the Ottoman Empire, the Candaroğulları Principality is also referred to as İsfendiyaroğulları, after his own name. It was prepared by his own order and his son II. It is known that he took the title "Ebu'l Feth" in the foreword of the book "Cevahiru'l-Esdaf", which was copyrighted by İbrahim Bey, and the title of "Celebi" according to the records of Bezm-u Rezm. In his tomb, "Sultan İsfendiyar Han, son of Bayezid" is written. The military duties given by his father and the fact that he lived in one of the important scientific centers of his time, such as Kastamonu, enabled him to become an experienced and educated person before he became a bey.[4] Ahmed Bey, who was the Emir of Amasya and also his brother-in-law, made his first military activity by going to Amasya in 1382 to support his enemy, Kadı Burhaneddin, and went to help a few more times until 1385.
