Stratonikeia Ancient City
Stratonikeia Ancient City, which has been on the UNESCO World Heritage Tentative List since 2015, is located within the borders of Eskihisar village. The ancient city, which has been a lively region since 1500 BC, namely the Young Bronze Age, became one of the most important city-states of Caria.
