Sultan Süleyman Han Mosque
Sultan Süleyman Han Mosque The mosque is located 3 kilometers northeast of today, in the "Süleymaniye District", the former settlement of Gümüşhane. The mosque, which is the work of Suleiman the Magnificent, has undergone many repairs until today. The rectangular planned structure consists of three naves extending vertically in front of the mihrab. The naves are covered with a roof on 6 wooden pillars. The minaret of the mosque, which has a single balcony, has a thick cylindrical body.
