Tayyar Bey Mansion

The real estate in question, which is defined as "Bey Mansion", is located in a very large garden on the edge of Harmanyolu. Its green and wooded garden is surrounded by a gradually rising wall, and the garden is entered through a double-winged wooden door. In addition, next to the mansion, there is a fountain made of stone adjacent to the garden wall and in a state of flow today. The ground floor of the one-floor mansion, which has architectural features similar to the previous Mansion, is made of stone, and the upper floor is filled with adobe wood between the wooden skeleton system and the top is white plastered. The wooden hipped roof is covered with Marseille type tiles, and the overhanging eaves are covered with wood. The entrance to the building is provided by a double-winged wooden door from the east side. This section is emphasized with a sofa that can go out on the upper floor, and the entrance part is accessed by 5 stone steps. The sofa is supported by two wooden columns and profiled wooden consoles. The windows on the upper and lower floors are rectangular and wooden-framed, and the ones on the lower floors are iron fingered. On the ground floor, there are four rooms that open to the middle courtyard in the interior. It consists of four room arrangements opening to the hall on the upper floor, which is reached by wooden stairs. The floors and ceilings in the rooms are wooden, and there is a wooden cabinet arrangement in each room. There are geometric decorations with scraping technique both on the wooden doors that provide the entrance to the rooms and on the cabinets in the rooms. In the ceiling covering of the upper floor living room, the central core is arranged in a rosette shape.
