Tekirdağ Old Mosque
It is located in Ertuğrul Neighborhood on Government Street. After the first mosque was completely burned down, it was rebuilt in H.1246 (M.1830) by the Minister of Agriculture, Ahmet Ağa. The mosque has a rectangular plan and a flat wooden roof. In front of the crown door to the north of the mosque, there is a portico carried by two columns. Three sides of the main space of the mosque are surrounded by women's gathering place. Its windows are round arched and there are iron bars on the windows. There is a pulpit on the right of the hexagonal mihrab and a preaching chair on the left. The mosque has no decorations other than the minbar and the motifs on its door. The minaret of the mosque, which was built of cut stone, has a single balcony. In his inscription; "Innes Salate Kanet Alelmumine Inscription 1300." written.
