The Spirit Level
It was built in 1887 to meet the water needs of tradesmen. The Spirit Level is one of the important historical buildings in Bartın. It was built of cut stone in the form of a 12.20 m tall obelisk, with a wide base and narrowing as it rises. It can be reached up to the top with the stairs made of iron.
