Trabzon Castle
Trabzon Castle, a part of which is still standing and forming the city walls between Tabakhane and Zagnos Valleys in Ortahisar District; B.C. It is said to have been built with rubble stone material in the 4th century. The castle walls are divided into three parts as Upper Fortress, Middle Fortress and Lower Fortress.
