Tyana Roman Pool

Roman Pool It is located in the north of Bahçeli Town, Bor District, Niğde Province, about 3 kilometers from the town center. It was built in the 2nd century AD during the Trojan and Hadrian Periods of the Roman Period. The pool was built with smooth cut stone blocks, has a rectangular plan and measures 65x22.5 meters. The water boiling under the pool was delivered to the Ancient City of Tyana (Kemerhisar) through the arches created. It was repaired from time to time. It preserves its original feature to a great extent.
