Vecihi Orhon Gate
Vecihi Orhon Gate is located in Sakarya Sapanca district. The gate was built by Mimar Sinan. It is said that the historical Silk Road also passed through this gate. It is one of the important works from the Ottoman period. The gate was destroyed and repaired due to a number of natural disasters. The door, which is a historical monument, was built in 1905 by Vecihi Orhan of Yanyalı, who was the District Manager, without losing its originality.
