Adıyaman University Training and Research Hospital
Adıyaman State Hospital was started to be built in 1954 on the land donated by the late philanthropic businessman Hacı Mehmet İNAN and was put into service in 1963 with a capacity of 50 beds. In the following periods, it enlarged its physical structure and increased its bed capacity to 315. Gynecology and Pediatrics Hospital was put into service in 1998 and served as Adıyaman Gynecology and Pediatrics Hospital until 2012. 82. Yıl State Hospital started to serve as a Health Station affiliated to Malatya SSK Hospital in 1962, was transformed into a 26-bed Dispensary in 1974 and continued to serve as an inpatient hospital since 2001. With the decision to transfer SSK Hospitals to the Ministry of Health in 2005, it served as Adıyaman 82nd Yıl State Hospital with 100 beds until 2012. As of March 2012, Adıyaman State Hospital, 82. Yıl State Hospital and Gynecology and Pediatrics Hospital were combined and continued to serve under the name Adıyaman Training and Research Hospital. As of August 2012, by making an affiliation with Adıyaman University Faculty of Medicine, T.C. The Ministry of Health has increased its service capacity and quality as Adıyaman University Training and Research Hospital. T.R. Ministry of Health Adıyaman University Training and Research Hospital moved to its modern building on the newly constructed hospital campus as of 25.06.2015 and served with a bed capacity of 663 in three campuses. As of 01.02.2019, the bed capacity is 710 to 26.10. As of 2020, it continues to serve by increasing to 740 beds.
