Beyhekim Oral and Dental Health Hospital
Beyhekim Oral and Dental Health Center main building was built in 1983 by the Republic of Turkey. Ministry of Labor and Social Security SSK General Directorate was put into service as Konya Zindankale Dispensary and Oral and Dental Health Center. It has served with basic medicine branches, polyclinics and Oral and Dental Health Center with 10 units. It has been transferred to the Ministry of Health with the Law No. 5283.
In 2005, it continued its activities as the Ministry of Health Konya Zindankale Oral and Dental Health Center. In 2005, it was decided by the Ministry of Health to have an Oral and Dental Health Center with 40 standard dental units. The institution continued to serve in Konya Training and Research Hospital for 10 months during which the reconstruction and renovation works continued.
Beyhekim, which is the name of the institution and the district it is located in, is the name of the person who lived in Konya during the Mevlana period and was Mevlana's doctor. In addition, he was known as an authority in medicine during his lifetime, and he was the person who gave qualification to the doctors of his time.
