Iğdır Dr. Nevruz Erez State Hospital

Iğdır State Hospital was opened in 1964 with a capacity of 50 beds, and in parallel with the increase in the supply of health services, the increase in the population of the district and the developments in health services, an additional service building was built to the old state hospital and its capacity was increased to 100 beds. Later, due to the fact that our district is a province, the construction of the existing 150-bed hospital was started in 1994 and was completed in 2004. It was put into service on 22.08.2005.

Our hospital, which was merged with the 75-bed Iğdır Maternity-Child Hospital under one roof on October 1, 2009, serves in the annex and main building with a 220-bed capacity under the name of Iğdır State Hospital.

Iğdır State Hospital was renewed in 2015 and continues to serve with a new 250-bed service building. The total area of the Iğdır State Hospital is 59,335.31 m², of which 42,998 m² is residential area.
