Mareşal Çakmak State Hospital

Our hospital first started operating in the buildings built in Yoncalık Kışla locality in 1875 during the reign of Sultan Abdülaziz and continued its services under the name of Erzurum Central Hospital in 1883. The institution, which has been serving as a military hospital for 181 years, continues its services under the name of Marshal Çakmak State Hospital, which is affiliated to the General Secretariat of the Erzurum Provincial Public Hospitals Union, which was transferred to the Ministry of Health on 15.08.2016 by the Council of Ministers in accordance with Article 107 of the Decree Law No. 669. The 150-bed Marshal Çakmak Hospital is located in the Palandöken district of Erzurum province. It is possible to reach the city center by city bus and private minibuses.
