1- Your opinions, suggestions and complaints about our services; You can let us know by filling out the survey form and via our website.
2- When you encounter any problem in our hospital, you can apply to our Patient Rights Units serving on the polyclinic floors to find solutions.
3- You can access the services and institutional content provided in our hospital on our website mersinsehirhastanesi.saglik.gov.tr.
4- When necessary, free valet and parking services can be provided to our patients in the patient car parks.
5- Your hospitalization procedures are completed as soon as possible and your bed and room are prepared for you. In case of need, our patients who are hospitalized in our hospital are accompanied by our staff working in the Reception and Guidance Services to the service they will be admitted to.
6- Our patients are introduced to the service they will stay in and the room they will stay in through the Room Support Personnel, and necessary information is given to them, and it is aimed that they feel at home during their stay.
7- All our menus are prepared under the control of a dietitian. Our breakfast hours are 07:00-08:00; lunch 12:00-13:00; Dinner is between 17:30-18:30.
8- In our hospital, special diet meals are prepared for our diet patients. Snacks are given to the diet patients that the doctor deems appropriate. For your health and hospital rules, do not accept food from outside.
9- The cleaning of your rooms, toilets and bathrooms will be done by the staff at the times determined by our hospital.
10- When your bedding is dirty, it will be changed by the staff. The beds, pillows, etc. you use in our hospital. Materials such as these are regularly checked and changed for your health.
11- Our technical service is at your service to ensure your comfort and be prepared for possible malfunctions. When you encounter a technical malfunction in your room, please notify the service personnel immediately.
12- Our orphaned patients can apply to our Social Workers for help.
13- In our hospital, laundry service of patients and their relatives can be provided free of charge. To benefit from this service, you can request assistance from the Room Support Cleaning Staff.
14- The necessary support and environment to fulfill your religious beliefs is provided by our hospital.
15- Our security personnel are on duty for you 24 hours a day. For your safety, our hospital is constantly monitored with a camera system.
