Merzifon Kara Mustafa Pasha State Hospital
The hospital started its activities in 1950 as a 15-bed health center on an area of 6839 square meters. It was converted into a State Hospital in 1960. With the additional buildings built in 1969, it became a 150-bed State Hospital.
In 1990, the two-storey residential building was demolished and an additional building with 50 beds was built in addition to the existing buildings, and in 1993, a 200-bed State Hospital was established. In the Dialysis center of the hospital in 1994, with the appropriation sent by our Ministry and the contributions of the people, the admission of Dialysis patients started with the Ten Machine Water System and two Machines. Now, the service continues with 15 +1 Machines. This hospital was given the title of Baby Friendly Hospital in 2004.
