Niksar State Hospital
Due to Niksar being a 1st degree earthquake zone, the need for reinforcement in all blocks of our current hospital, and the increasing demand for patients from the surrounding districts to our hospital, our request for a new hospital construction was deemed appropriate by our Ministry, and it was included in the 2009-2010 investment program. Our hospital, whose construction was completed with a capacity of 100 beds in the project, was registered as 125 bed capacity when it was put into service. The patient rooms are designed as private rooms with a bathroom and WC for 1 or 2 persons within the scope of the project. Its closed area is 21.000 m2. The land within the borders of Niksar Forestry Operations Directorate Niksar Forestry Operations Directorate, with the approval of Amasya Regional Directorate of Forestry dated 19/03/2009 and numbered 2586, an area of 100,191,197 m2 has been allocated free of charge for 49 years to be built as a Hospital, and the site has been delivered. As of October 16, 2015, our new hospital started to serve.
