Units such as Blood Collection, Sample Collection, ECG, Radiology (Direct X-Ray, Computed Tomography, USG, Mammography), which are scattered in the outpatient diagnosis and treatment processes, especially during the performance of the desired examinations after the outpatient clinic examinations, were gathered in the newly created space on the 1st floor of the basement of A block. In this way, after the polyclinic examination, most of our patients can have all their tests done in a single unit and it is tried to avoid unnecessary time losses. Our Patient Referral Unit, which was put into operation in 2011, carries out the function of counseling patients and their relatives and directing our patients who need them to the relevant service units; It provides services in the areas of Emergency Service, Polyclinics, Examination Units, Operating Room Entrance and Central Directorate. The purpose of the establishment of this unit is to help the patients and their relatives who benefit from our 619-bed hospital, which provides service on a 60,000 m2 beer area, to complete their hospital-related work with the least amount of effort, time and effort. This unit has made significant contributions to our service quality by making significant progress since its establishment. In order to increase patient satisfaction, reduce waiting times, and facilitate patients' appointments and polyclinic entrances, our patient admission system, which serves centrally, has been changed, and registration admission units have been allocated to each polyclinic floor in order to record and follow up all the document registration processes of the relevant polyclinics. In addition, our patients were provided with the opportunity to make an appointment with the outpatient clinic by phone, as well as make an appointment with the registration units of the relevant polyclinic as soon as they came to our hospital. Again, a secretariat was allocated to the relevant unit in order to increase the quality and efficiency of the service, especially in polyclinics with a high patient density. The results of examinations such as Direct X-Ray, Computed Tomography and Magnetic Resonance, performed by our radiology unit, reach the relevant polyclinic physician via the computer over the network, thanks to the PACS software integrated into our Hospital Automation System, and the patient does not have to wait for the results of the film, and the relevant physician can get the results quickly through the patient file. can achieve high quality. The on-line connection line, which allows our patients to see the results of the examinations they have done on our hospital's website, is in operation, and our patients can access the results of the examinations via the internet from anywhere they are. Periodic surveys have been started for the evaluation of the services provided in our hospital by the patients and their relatives, the results are evaluated by our senior management and necessary arrangements are made. With the opening of our Oncology Hospital in 2015, the quality of service has been increased and more oncological patients have been served. Our hospital is still in the fields of Adult Oncology, Pediatric Oncology, Thoracic Oncology, Hematology, Gastroenterology, Skin and Venereal Diseases, Endocrinology, Thoracic Surgery, General Surgery, We also provide surgical services to our oncological patients in the fields of Neurosurgery, Urology, Ear Nose and Throat Diseases, Gynecology, Pediatric Surgery, Orthopedics and Traumatology. On average, 55 patients receive treatment per day in Chemotherapy Units affiliated to our Oncology Units, and 65 patients per day in Radiotherapy Units on average.
