Cengiz Topel Hospital
The construction year of the hospital is 1929. The hospital, which started to serve in 1975, had troubled times from time to time and it came to the fore to be a Chronic Diseases Hospital and a Health Center. In 2001, the necessity of the hospital for the people of the region was accepted and the necessary renovations, infrastructure deficiencies, equipment and personnel were purchased in order to serve as a II-Stage hospital and are still continuing. The hospital has 45 beds, 3 wards with 12-15 beds, one of which is Gynecology and Obstetrics, 3 special rooms, operating room, physical therapy department, x-ray, laboratory, diabetes unit, 11 polyclinic rooms, 1 dental unit and 24-hour Emergency Service. It provides outpatient services on certain days of the week in the branches of Internal Medicine, Surgery, Obstetrics, Pediatrics and Otorhinolaryngology, Urology, Orthopedics, Cardiology, Physiotherapy and Ophthalmology. Small, Medium and Large operations are performed in the fields of Surgery, Obstetrics, Urology, Otorhinolaryngology, and Emergency Service is provided 24 hours a day. There are 2 fully equipped ambulances in the hospital and are used when necessary. There are 88 personnel in total in the hospital. It consists of 11 specialist physicians, 1 general practitioner, 1 dentist, 32 nurses and the rest are civil servants and workers.
