Asartepe Dam
Asartepe Dam is a dam built between 1975-1980 for irrigation purposes on the Ilhan Stream in Ankara, within the borders of Çanıllı Town. It is also known as Çanıllı Dam. The dam has a body volume of 408.000 m³, a height of 50,00 meters above the river bed, a lake volume of 20 hm³ at normal water level and a lake area of 1,77 km² at normal water level. It provides irrigation service to an area of 2,850 hectares.
