Şırata Lake
"Şirata'lar is one of the tectonic lakes formed by snow and rainwater in the northern part of Şavşat between Pınarlı Village and Göze Mountain skirts. At an altitude of about 2000-2300 meters, the water level can change depending on climatic drought, as it is fed by intense, long-term snow and rainwater. Water is even lost by four-fifths. Since Small Shirata is deeper, the water loss is not at the same rate. Big Shirata is shallower. It is as if there are hidden deep blue bays hidden by the sea, with that visual and beauty.
