Yumurtalık Lagoon National Park
Yumurtalık Lagoon is a lagoon located in the Yumurtalık district of Adana province in Turkey. The lagoon, which was declared a Ramsar site on July 21, 2005, was declared a national park on December 16, 2008. Previously declared a nature conservation area, Yumurtalık Lagoon was declared a national park in 2008. The state canceled this change, and the status of the lagoon, whose court process was completed in 2016, was finalized as a national park.
