Column of Goths
The column of the Goths, located in the outer garden of Topkapı Palace, at the entrance to Sarayburnu in Gülhane Park, is the oldest monument that has survived unchanged from the Roman period to the present day. It stands as if hidden among the tall trees surrounding it.
