Tar Stream Bulut Waterfall Natural Monument

Being the highest waterfall in Turkey, Bulut is reached via a 2-kilometer path from the Kaplıca village Tolikço District, which is 11 kilometers from Çamlıhemşin district of Rize and 7 kilometers from Ayder Plateau. It is almost impossible to see the entire waterfall, which falls in four stages from a height of approximately 250 meters. Even on days when there is no fog, the top of the waterfall is racing with the clouds. The adventurous journey of Tar Creek, where Bulut Waterfall flows, starts from the slopes of Kaçkar Mountains.
