Alaybey Mosque
Alaybey Neighborhood is located on Gaziler Street. There is no definite information about the construction date of the mosque. However, from the court records dated 4 Zilkada 1005 (M.1596), it is understood from the inscription that the mosque was built before 1595 and underwent a new repair in H.1224. It is known that the person who built the mosque was a commander who was an Alaybeyi. There are beautiful examples of cut stone work in the mosque. The narthex, which sits on three legs and has four arches, is covered with a cross vault. It has a small courtyard outside. The minaret in the northeast corner has a polygonal body and a single balcony. It has a pulpit with stairs and a pulpit.
