Eski Pazar is the second settlement of Ordu. Eskipazar Mosque has a rectangular plan. It was founded in 1380 by Hacıemiroğulları. The mosque was repaired by Hüseyin Battal Pasha, the mutasarrı of Şebinkarahisar in Rumi 1197 (Miladi 1781). The mosque, which was devastated by the earthquake, was repaired at the beginning of the century. Only the entrance gate and portal have survived from the old mosque. The current minaret was built on the base of the old minaret in 1877 and was repaired by the General Directorate of Foundations in 1994. The window door and pulpit are fine examples of wood carving and are exhibited in the Ankara Ethnography Museum. There are two baths.
