Izzeddin Shir Mosque

It is generally dated to the 14th-15th centuries. The structure consists of a square-plan mosque and a madrasah attached to its northern wall. A portal located on the northern part of the western facade of the structure leads to the madrasah courtyard, and from there to the mosque through a second gate. The mosque has a domed mihrab and two naves. The naves in the north are covered with transverse barrel vaults. The sections on both sides of the dome were used as vertical barrel vaulted spaces. There is a five-sided mihrab niche in the middle of the qibla wall. Regular cut stone was used in the structure. The minaret in the middle of the western facade has been added today.
