Şeyh Aliyil Musliddin Hz.s Mausoleum and Mosque
The mausoleum is located in Çilimli district. It is one of the important faith tourism centers of our province.
According to the narrations, it is believed that he was born in (H. 862, M. 1484) and came from Khorasan. It is said that he was a descendant of Bakir / Bakir's son, Yahya / Yahya from the sons of Zeynel Abidin.
Aliyyü-l Müslahiddin Hazretleri, who came to Anatolia and studied at Hacı Bayram Dergah in Ankara and Fatih Complex in Istanbul, met and befriended Sheikh Şaban-ı Veli Hazretleri who was buried in Kastomonu. 1526), while passing through the village of Elmalık in Bolu on his journey from Istanbul to Ankara, he stopped by the dervish lodge of Sheikh Tokat-i Hazretlerin, one of the great Islamic Sufi Halveti Tariqi pirs, and it is among the rumors that they stayed for 12 years and served Tokat-i Hazretlerin.
Then Sheikh Aliyyü-l Müslahiddin Hazretleri was sent to Yukarı Karaköy of Çilimli district to give guidance and advice. The name of this place that day was "Kokabelli". This blessed person invited people to the Qur'an and Islam here for a long time. He passed away here. His tomb was built and buried where he died.
