Sofular Abdullah Pasha Mosque

Built by Beylerbeyi Abdullah Pasha in 1502, Sofular Mosque, also known as Abdullah Pasha Mosque, is one of the mosques with a single dome, a single minaret and a zaviyeli. Rubble stone was used in the body walls, smooth cut stone was used in the corners of the building, and the façade was built with rubble stone and brick. Abdullah Pasha Mosque has a cylindrical minaret with a square base in the northeast corner. The minaret with a single balcony is made of brick material. The door with a three-line construction inscription on it is reached by a few steps. To the right and left of the vaulted entrance are two vaulted rooms. These rooms were the places where the science of hadith was taught in its time. The main place of worship is higher than the entrance and the rooms. A dome with a high pulley covers the mosque.
