Tahtani Mosque
The building date is not knowing certainly. His name is mentioned in a document dated 1557 Gregorian. It is understood that it was repaired by the Maraş Governor Osman Pasha in 1563. It went through a serious repair in 1804. It is said that the mosque was first built with wooden material and therefore it is called Tahtani or Tahtalı Mosque. It was restored in 2011 by the General Directorate of Foundations.
