48 people who lost their lives in the earthquake that took place in Bolu on November 12, 1999 are commemorated at the 12 November Earthquake Museum.
On November 12, 1999, at 18:57, the 7.2 magnitude earthquake that occurred in Kaynaşlı, the epicenter, killed 48 people in Bolu and injured 353. On the 19th anniversary of the earthquake, the names of the citizens who lost their lives in the Yaşamkent District and the photographs reflecting the events after the earthquake are exhibited.
