Çarmelik Caravanserai Rural Life and Agriculture Museum, Farmer Training Center
It is not known who built the Çarmelik Caravanserai in Büyükhan Village of Bozova district. However, based on the plan and construction style, it can be said that the caravanserai was built during the Ottoman Period. Evliya Çelebi writes in his travel book that he set out from Suruç and reached this caravanserai after traveling 2 hours to the west and that the caravanserai took this name because it was built by four (tsar) rulers (melik). Restored by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the caravanserai was brought to tourism by Şanlıurfa Metropolitan Municipality as Rural Life Agriculture Museum and Farmer Training Center in 2019.
