Ibrahim Tatlises Music Museum
Şanlıurfa Municipality, which expropriated and restored 'Yasin'in Kahvesi' in Harrankapı, where the heart of Şanlıurfa music once beat, turned the historical place into a “Music Museum”. With the majority vote of Şanlıurfa Municipality Council Members, the Music Museum was named after İbrahim Tatlıses.In the İbrahim Tatlıses Music Museum, which was opened on September 25, 2011, it is possible to get to know the artists of Şanlıurfa closely. In the Music Museum, besides the artists who continue their art life today, the pictures of the deceased artists are exhibited with sculptures made of wax. Instruments from the past to the present, photographs of artists and writings describing their lives are exhibited in the museum.
