Karaman Museum

It was built for the purpose of preserving and exhibiting the rich archaeological and ethnographic artifacts of Karaman and its surroundings. There are two exhibition halls, archaeological and ethnographic. In these halls, there are works belonging to the Epipaleolithic Age, Neolithic Age, Chalcolithic Age, Bronze Age, Classical Age, Roman Age, Byzantine Period, Seljuk Period, Anatolian Principalities, Karamanoğulları, Ottoman and Republican Periods. Terracotta pots, idols, jewelry made of bone and metal, tear bottles, weapons and ethnographic products are exhibited in the halls. Hellenistic, Venetian, Roman, Byzantine, Anatolian Principalities, Karamanoğulları, Ottoman and Republican coins are exhibited in the coin showcases.
