Osman İnci Museum

Osman İnci Museum was opened on November 25, 2017 in Edirne's Karaağaç neighborhood. The museum, which was designed by interpreting the building facades and plan typology in the town of Karaağaç, Osman İnci Science, Art, Culture, Museum and Tour. ve Tic. Inc. was founded by The museum contains sections of contemporary painting, sculpture, ceramics, mosaics and tiles, ethnographic clothing, fountain pens and toy cars. Works of local and foreign artists are exhibited in the exhibition area. Hasan Pulur in the library department, Prof. Dr. Vural Solok and Prof. Dr. Nearly 5 thousand journals, science, art, literature and history books donated by Osman İnci can be viewed by the visitors. Art workshops are held for children and adults in order to emphasize the continuity of the museum and the educational mission of living museums and museums. In particular, within the scope of the educational mission of museums, educational programs are prepared with the aim of developing the researcher and questioning aspects of children, ensuring the development of imagination, creativity and aesthetic sense, and the protection and ownership of cultural assets. In addition to workshops for children and adults, cultural events such as Cinema Nights and Culture-Art Talks are held at the Museum in order to raise awareness of our visitors and raise the cultural level of the society.
