Rakoczi Museum
An old Turkish house, the Rakoczi Museum is the Hungarian People's Liberation Hero II, who spent his last years in Tekirdağ between 1720-1735. It was restored as a museum in memory of Rakoczi Ferenc by the Hungarian Government. The museum collection consists of legal documents related to Rakoczi's life as well as items used at that time. On the second floor are oil paintings of Rakoczi and those who participated in the Hungarian War of Independence.
