Rifat Ilgaz

The museum, which was opened to commemorate Rıfat Ilgaz, the creator of The Hababam Class, which is considered one of the funniest films in the history of Turkish cinema, is located in the Cide district of Kastamonu. The 2-storey house where Ilgaz, a Cide lover, was born in 1911, was restored after his death and started to serve as a museum. In addition to the works of the master in the museum; Personal belongings and photographs are also on display.
