Hakkari Cilo and Sat Mountains National Park
Hakkari Cilo and Sat Mountains National Park is a national park located within the borders of Central, Şemdinli and Yüksekova districts of Hakkari province in Turkey. It was established on September 25, 2020. It covers an area of 27,500 hectares (275 km2). It is Turkey's 45th national park.
In June 2020, the national park was declared a national park in accordance with Article 3 of the National Parks Law No. 2873, covering Cilo Mountain and Sat Mountains, located 50 kilometers from Yüksekova district. The park also covers Uludoruk, one of the highest peaks in Turkey.
